A recent article shows (HERE) shows how real estate has been a better investment than stocks since the year 2000.  That might come as a shock to someone who is thinking about whether a Delaware New Home is a good investment.  I guess it depends on one’s definition of good- as I’m not sure the last 10 years have been great for either Real Estate of stocks.  As least if you purchase a Delaware beach home from Capstone Homes, you’ll have an energy efficient home with a great floor plan to enjoy.  I’m not sure what you get from a stock.
