You’re not going to live in a model home, so why pay for it?
All builders say that they are “different”. For anyone looking into purchasing a Delaware new home, it must seem impossible just keeping all the builders from blending in to each other. Model names, community locations, complicated pricing… Purchasing a new Delaware beach home can be quite a process.
If you’ve ever priced out a home with a builder, you know that all builders have option sheets. Page after page of upgrades and decisions to be made by you- the buyer.
Ask yourself this: when is the last time you saw a billboard or a furnished model on your option sheet? Let’s be honest. All of those expensive marketing tools are in the price for your home. You pay for them, but they don’t make your home better.
It all starts with Capstone’s approach to new home sales and marketing. Capstone homes doesn’t have award winning models in our communities, and you won’t see many billboards with our name on it. We are focused on the “owning experience”. Capstone Homes believes that true happiness begins when you move in your new home.
Capstone recognizes that new home buyers today are sophisticated and educated about their desires. Capstone also knows that a new home buyer wants value. The value of a Capstone Home is demonstrated is the fact that Capstone DOES NOT have award winning furnished models. While a Capstone sample home won’t amaze you, a Capstone buyer understands an award-winning model is a cost that has to be added into the cost of the home he or she is going to purchase.
That additional overhead is something a buyer of another builder’s home pays for but doesn’t benefit from. This is just one of the ways Capstone is different. We reward the intelligent buyer.
At Capstone Homes, we focus on adding more value into YOUR home- not our models. This means that Capstone Homes is able to offer better construction and features at a lower price.
Capstone stages a sample home in some of our communities. This will allow anyone to get a good idea of where things will fit in a home. A “top shelf” model home can cost over $80,000 to furnish. Capstone won’t do it. Most new home buyers don’t build a home that looks anything like an award winning model. Capstone thinks that most people would rather chose where and how to spend their Delaware new home dollar. Some builders who have massive marketing budgets have already chosen where to spend your money. Capstone Homes rewards the intelligent new home buyer who wants a new home with uncompromising quality (and doesn’t want to waste money).
